Bee Hive & Stingless Bees with Honey Super and Large Pitched Roof
$655.00
Native bees produce a small amount of honey that is simply divine. Harvesting honey with Sydney stingless bees honey super is easy and harmless and not intrusive on your bee hive. After 12-18 months your hive should be full of honey, bees, pollen and brood. The bees store their honey in honey pots about the size of a small grape and when the hive is full they will then store excess honey, in the jar inside the honey super. Every 6- 8 weeks you can harvest a little smackeral of honey.

Dan –
It took a while, after poor weather, but throughout the process communication from the team was perfect and regular updates received letting us know likely timeframes – we can’t control the weather, but it was worth the wait. As soon as the bees were available we got a notification and invoice to pay the remaining costs and within 24 hours our bees were delivered and buzzing merrily in their new home. The hive came one day and the roof and honey pots the next. The YouTube videos are excellent and informative and overall the experience was great. We have to wait a year for the hive to establish, then we can start enjoying honey. In the meantime the new bees seem happy and content and our garden is all the better for it.
